The property is already the subject of pending court proceedings, and parties ought to maintain the status quo rather than resort to force, harassment, or unlawful eviction under police cover.
The Nigeria Police Force is constitutionally established to protect lives and property, not to assist private individuals in circumventing the rule of law and due judicial process.
